Meet Emily

Emily wants you to love moving your body.

Not tolerate it. Not tick it off the to-do list. Actually love it (or at least not completely hate it). Because in her experience, that's when everything changes.

Emily has worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for years, and the thread running through all of it has been the same. When people find a way of moving that feels good, that challenges them in the right way, that connects them to others, they show up. They progress. They start to see what their body is actually capable of.

That's what Build Health Studios was built around.

Emily created Build because she wanted a space where movement felt like something to come back to, not something to push through. Where sessions are coached with care and intention, where the programming makes sense, and where the person next to you is as much a part of your progress as the workout itself.

Her coaching style is warm, technical and encouraging. She'll make sure you're moving well before she pushes you to move heavy, and she'll celebrate the small wins just as loudly as the big ones.

If you've spent time dreading exercise, feeling lost in a big gym, or just going through the motions, Build is for you. Build exists to show you that movement can be one of the best parts of your week.
